All Redken and Pureology products are guaranteed. If in the first 3 months from purchase the product is not working with your hair, receive a full refund or exchange for another product of equal value of the original purchase price. All curling irons, flat irons, and blow dryers have a year warranty with the box. All skincare and hair product purchases are final.
